If you notice the stats and levels are almost exactly the same (off by one fishing level), the lobby pics are the same, the character in-game is wearing the exact same Helm of Neitiznot and 120 DG Cape, and the number of DG Tokens (704876) is exactly the same. Also the DG items in the bank are exactly the same too.

I would say this is too much of a coincidence.
