Hmm... Just me on this one, but I doubt a uc pet of that rarity last seen 35 days ago is worth even too much of anything.. That is active/stolen and those are almost always frozen by tnt, as the real owner would come looking for it/make pc boards/ submit tickets/ ect. 99% of the time pets like that, and especially with the last spotted date being so soon, would be almost a guaranteed freeze of whatever account it’s on. (I know, I've had some bad experiences with hacked pets myself) It’s not only very risky, but if you log onto that account from your home computer that you access your main from, you'll probably be iced on your main too. And, I know I wouldn’t want that.
Just saying, if it were from unreg and you were patient and careful, it would most likely be ok, but if its active it will most likely be iced sooner or later. That’s usually the case from what I’ve seen.

 

1. It wasn't from an unreg, it was from a hash list obtained from another site dedicated mainly to neopets blackmarket deals.
2. I've already received an offer of $150, secured the account I found the pet on, and secured the pet on a different account altogether. The pet is 75% safe, and if it's left on the account it's currently on for at least a month, you'll know that nothing is going to happen.
3. The pet comes WITH the account and the attached email, so even if you buy it now, you'll be able to leave it be for a while yourself.
4. I've been securing pets/accounts/items on neopets for much longer then you probably realize, and you shouldn't posting things like that without knowing anything about me, the pet, or otherwise.

The pet is unheard of on the PC. I stalk to PC quite frequently. I've been stalking the PC every day for the past 6 months+, and have never once seen this pet there. BTW the account I got the pet from - a complete SHELL! Not a main account, not a side account, just a random shell.

 

I think rainbowdog makes a good point. For that amount of money, it pays to be cautious. Paying upwards of $150 for a pet that has a 25% chance of bein frozen is still a gamble.

Regardless, I'm sure you'll find someone to buy. UC kyriis are badass.
