The current state of Something For All

Currently it's an area of cliche political garbage and propaganda

I'd like to see more propaghandi and less propaganda

I'm completely tired of seeing the same garbage topics over and over, recycled endlessly.

Topics to ban from this specific forum:

    -Abortion

    -9/11 being a Gov't setup

-The crisis in the middle east

    -Capital Punishment

    -Communism

    -Alcoholism/drugs

    -America being good or bad

    -Illegal Immigration

Get rid of this bias nonsense for the purpose of promoting a user's country or ideals

Do you believe in this.. Do you believe in that

This area needs to be a place with concrete and concise intellectual thoughts

By the end of the day, my brain is fried from stupidity at school

The least that could happen is to have a MUCH STRICTER forum with certain DO NOT POST TOPICS so people come up with something at least potentially mind blowing

Stop posting endless stickies and put one sticky that explains everything

The sense of unoriginality taints the section ridiculously

People are always going to be influenced by propaganda - it just makes the argument more controversial, which is surely desirable for Something for All.

I disagree. It makes an interesting debate and stems out into various other factors, such as our rights to our own body, science and biology of the child itself, etc.

I don't really know very much about this, so I'll reserve any opinion.

I certainly agree. I don't think there can ever be a conceivably victorious argument for imprisonment or capital punishment, but it still constitutes intelligent discussion, which is what the forum is for.

Your description is a bit obscure. Writing 'Communism' isn't really very clear - why should discussing Communism be banned?

    Why?

The idea that a country, ie a physical piece of land, being intrinsically good or bad is nonsensical. What do you mean?

    Why?

Ironically, I strongly disagree. Concrete intellectual thoughts suggests 'right' and 'wrong' as indisputable attributes. I enjoy Something for All as I like discussing other viewpoints and other ways of interpreting things.

If the only content you're prepared to deal with must necessarily be mindblowing, this site probably isn't the place for you. Additionally, if you're not ''blown away'' by threads, don't post on them.

Some of the stickies are extremely extensive debates which Sythe himself has created. I'm sure he'd have taken them down already if he wasn't happy with them.

I can safely say nothing you have posted there has appealed to me as 'original', but I will perservere for now.

It doesn't suggest there's right and wrong. It suggests they have some idea as to what they're debating instead of posting a bogus stat and saying discuss

'Concrete' appeals to me as a presentation of something immutable and with only one way of perceiving it. If that's not the case, good.

Please respond to the rest of my post. I don't spend my time responding if people aren't going to do the same (especially when they're complaining about the quality of the posts of others).
