I am selling a Runescape account. The account is a normal account with low levels in all skills. What makes this account exceptional, is that ALL the F2P quests are complete, except Dragon Slayer.

This allows you to start from near scratch and not have to worry about quests. I understand from my own Runescape experience that questing, especially F2P questing, is rather boring. Therefore, do you what you love best without the hastle of completing the quests.
