i am new in paypal.
but he said he sent med 340$ but my balance/ paypal saldo says that i have 0..
but i got a message where it says 340 dollars from [name of the person].
but my bank card is not verified.
does it mean i have got my cash or that he scammed me..

mabye he did a chargeback. that's why you don't use pp when you're a "Newbie" i think you got scammed bro

 

well how does he chargeback, it never said on paypal that i had the 340 dollars..
the guy told me that i have to verify my bank account before i get my cash on paypal
