as his picture may see, he shows msn pictures only, he was in game on trade screen for 12 minutes, i thought he accepted the trade and gave him the pin, then switched to rs screen and was still on second trade screen, so i used the pbp on my main quick before he could enter it he logged off runescape and ignored me on msn after i logged back on, then he started saying why should i give the cash if the pin dont work, then i explaint what happened and he is to busy framing me!

can a mod give him an infaction for framing please...?

 

i will get another pin for him, but i want the cash off him, not like he did before
