WTB > Skiller with a 99

Alright, so as the title suggests, I'm actually looking for a skiller with a 99 skill.

Preferred skills are Fishing, Agility, Thieving, Mining, Herblore, Crafting, Smithing.

I sold a level 97 combat with 99 Ranged and a Quest Cape here yesterday, so now I'm just looking for a good account to take its place.

 

I have an account 99 agility and 99 fletch with 87 craft and 99 cook bought. Show proof in game but I will not accept PayPal and risk my account getting level trolled and you refund.

Account is well know in multiple skilling communities. Also has original login and been user of runescape since 2 months before Halloween when scythe came out (on eoc)

Finding someone to sell you a skiller using Paypal will be hard only because a lot of people including me are scared of refunds and u trolling the account once u refund. I put hours into the account that is like to get paid for but would be mad if refunded.

 

If you're willing to do it on PlayerAuctions, I'm fine with it as well. I'm well known on PA with loads of feedback.
