Alright first of all This is just a theory I figured out due to the fact I seen the same account hes selling. "Ok. My twin got bored of runescape. and quit and decided to give me his account. So as you might see "Pen" That this is the exact same account. and could be a few reasons why this was done.1.) For vouches, 2.) Planning on scamming etc..

Also.. look in Omdz_Mage thread when Youngy is there instantly.. also what suprises me cheak the time of the second and third post.
Not saying he has scammed but Just want you to keep an eye on this guy.
