• At least 60 Strength
• 1,000,000 GP cash
• One 70+ money making stat
• 1 Attack
• A decent name, can have numbers.

Level 3 Skiller:

• Two level 70+ money making stats
• One level 70+ non-money making stat
• Level 1 in all combat stats
• A good name, no numbers.

Bonuses:
You can get bonuses for all of the following

• 99 in a skil
• 85 in a skill
• A very good name
• A decent amount of coins.
• Nice items
