WTB 3 Digit Steam Account

Good evening/morning everybody.
Im looking since some weeks for a 3 digit Steam Account which should come with those requirements:

• The Account should be inactive for a long while to except a retake.
• The Account should just own hl1 no more.
• Unused in every leauge (i wouldn't care about some noname/random leauges)
• Not VAC banned.

It would be also great, when the Account comes with following properties (inconclusively):

• Original Emailadress which had been used for the registration.
• Proof of Purchase (CD KEY / Payment informations)
• An great ID like AAX / AXA / AAA
• The ID begins with "0:0" instead of "0:1" (but i do not really care about it.. just would be optimal)

Now something about me:

Im a "trustfull" person which is known in many other boards and im administrate also one of them. Some of you should know me under the name "Sealhunter" out of High-Minded or some other boards.
Im willing and able to pay arround 200 Euro's and maybe a bit more for an Account, which had fulfilled my requirements.


It would be great, when someone here is selling an Account like that and want to sell it via Banktransfer (IBAN) or something else which would also guarantees me and you the best possible security.
