    yes its a redemption code that you need to use when you buy things :)
    then log in via ebay on your paypal account and bam you bought it :)

    But first off, how do you want to receive payment?
    The only method of payment I use is Paypal.
    But considering that you're account is unverified, you may want a different method of receiving money (i.e. Western Union, money order). If so, you can consider my offer rescinded.

    If you do want to go through with me giving you $ through paypal, then the only way I'm going through with you is if I send you the payment for a purchase of a good (the gift card). I will add a message that the payment is for a $200 eBay giftcard.

    Well, I'm glad I didn't go through with this eBay giftcard. I told him I would wait a bit before I go forward.
