Selling Steam account (142 games) (paypal only)

Hello. I'm selling my Steam account since I barely stay at home and am not able to play anymore, and I need the money.

There are 142 bought games on it, steamcalculator says the total price is around $1.800, but I'm selling it for $100.

I'll be working with paypal only. You will have to pay as a gift with this note attached: "This payment is for virtual goods that I have already received. I won't chargeback under any circumstances." If you do try to chargeback I'll be reporting your paypal and steam accounts.
