Be on the lookout that 55~ usd is the normal price, and that you most likely wont find an offer for 15. The fact that you got a booster to boost u for 13 dollars, and then stopped (scamming?) shows just how shady it can be paying for services for prices too good to be true.

No established and successful booster would do that for 15 dollars. you would have to go with new people looking for rep, or shady people whom has no trust and risk it with prices that low. I would recommend that you deal with sythe verified users/verified boosters, be it me, or any other.
