Selling debit card* with $110USD

Basically i have a frozen paypal account with $110 that can only withdraw to us and aus banks with the fake name i created my paypal account with. Using netspend you are able to register for a free debit card provided you live in the US and if you create it with the name i give you I can load the card with $110. (payment takes 3-4 days to hit netspend account and netspend debit card takes 7-10days)

So if you live in the US i am selling you a debit card which can only be used by you once you receive and confirm it on the netspend.com site.

looking for $70+ as this is a very easy way to make $40.

I will go first if you are very very*, otherwise a middleman we both agree on will log on my paypal account and send it to the netspend account that you give them and they will hold the paypal account until you confirm after 3-4 days that you have received the money in your netspend account. (all that is needed to make netspend account is name which ill give you, and your address)
