    My Last Cigarette.

    Today, I smoked my last cigarette, I've been smoking for about 2 years now.

    Any ideas on what I should do, to prevent myself from picking another one up?

    I have the will power, it's just...very... different. I suppose. ._.;;;

    Have you tryed the Nicorette inhalator sticks? Keeps your hands busy as if you were smoking but your not.

    Here is more info on them:

    http://www.superliving.co.uk/pharma...cotine-replacement/nicorette-inhalator-2.html

    If your looking for a cheaper alternative then maybe look for new hobbies to keep yourself occupied like making mosaic tiles! Lol just kidding about the tiles, see whats available on the internet etc though.

    Good luck :)

    I think you should use the patch. The commercials say it works on TV, and the TV never lies, right?

    You could play runescape? Or just any game and set some goals that you wan't to achieve. This might take your mind off it.

    Check the Other Game thread. I posted a oldschool skiiing game lol. Might be just what you need.

    Quitting without Nicorette patches will be really hard dude, im not doubting you can do it. I think gum is the cheapest form of nicorette.

    Jeeez I sound like a Nicorette advertiser lol o_O

    What about the gum?

    Oh, and today I also heard about this new product. It's called the "Electronic Cigarette." It's basically a filter and it just gives you the nicotine instead of all those other harmful chemicals. This is going to come out like within a year, but they are probably very expensive.

    All I can say is you should smoke weed once a week.

    Always be chewing gum or sunflower seeds or something to get your mind of needing them, find a new healthier addiction.

    And he can lock himself in a cave for a week, but it will be more painless if he works off his own will.
