well that depends on how you look at it doesn't it? If you were to create a new account (which would be an 8digit) and buy all the games listed individually you'd be losing an extra $128 / £87. If you wanted those games, a 5digit and not to spend as much money as valve want you to, you would see this as a pretty good fucking offer. But if you can't afford it, then I am sorry sir.
