High Farming (not a must but a definite PLUS)
High Slayer (same as above)
Relatively high combat...

I'd prefer not to go over $25 with this deal... And yes we are doing this VIA PayPal, sorry but accounts can always be recovered... Paypal just insurance, if you recover the account, I refund, otherwise we can be chill and make a deal... (A MM is not out of the question so don't say anything)
