    Depends how you want to get paid. PP would be pretty close to 1:1, but I'd pay a bit extra. It depends on how much you're selling.

    Negotiable. I don't have too much RSGP though so if you want to get paid in just RSGP for more than like 5 BTC or something, I'd probably have to buy some from someone else.
