His paypal usage indicates he's probably never used paypal before or they likely would of found him by now.

I personally believe he's under 18 due to a few reasons I'll keep to myself.

Would appear he had to use his real information because he's redeeming paypal my cash and paypal is an absolute Nazi when it comes to that kind of thing(trust me I know), so I'm guessing the admins could trace his information back via his SVU purchase.
