buyer Gives me the Cash, and I will hold on to it.
seller Gives me the account info (Password, previous passwords, telebilling pins, etc)
*ME* I will check the account, by logging in game. I want to see if there is a bank pin, recoveries, or membership on the account.
seller After confirming, I will give Player[2] the info.
buyer Logs on, once logged on he/she will say "Account is good". (ON MSN! SECURITY ISSUES ON RUNESCAPE)
*ME* I give Player[1] the Cash.
*ME* Takes pictures.
TRADE COMPLETED

buyer Gives me certain amount of money / item for Pin, where I will hold.
seller Orders the pin, and writes/types it down.
seller Then gives buyer the Pin over MSN in OUR convo, so I can verify that it was given.
buyer Activates the pin on the account, and will confirm it on MSN convo.
*ME* I then give seller the GP.
*ME* Takes pictures of transaction.
