This is the black market, you're not going to get anywhere near that much for it, unless it's a verified 4 dig.

Try eBay.

Also, remove anything from your post which gives away the account name/digits. You can easily be banned by Steam just for attempting to sell.

 

Digits are censored by people that know what they are doing purely as a courtesy to buyers so the digit isn't cached by google on trading sites.

'Steam' has never banned an account because the owner attempted to sell it either - it is a software platform, not a person.
