    Long story short - I am selling Steam games with noticeable discounts. The %-off depends on the price of the item. For example if you want to buy a package that costs 150$, I will sell it to you for 90-110$, depending on your status (negotiable in most cases). I'm sending the games through gift system, accepting money via PayPal or direct transfer.
