Wonder how those noobs get their capes without 70 ranged?



Well they don't do anything unusual, except having an unique inventory. I'm willing to sell
my knowledge of the inventory for 700k.


Requirements: 30+ def [note that you could get with 1 def if you got good spawns all the way], 43+ pray (duh), 50+ hp, 50+ ranged
