How to hide ip address?

Well I am going to start a free training service soon, and watned to know how to hide my i.p so that my main and pure accs and the account that I am goignto to train for others will not be banned. Jagex will ban accounts if they are logged in with different I.Ps..that is how silly they are. So people help me please, and don't give websites only. Explain how to hide my i.p adress too.

I heard there is a way to do it with command prompt but I'm still researching it myself
