Buying Steam Account (CS:S, GM, TF2)

I want to buy a steam account with CounterStrike Source, Garry's Mod, and Team Fortress 2 , not any other games...(maybe just dod:s) (it can include some other games, but I won't pay more if it has more games) [PAYPAL]

I want to play online, so I don't buy VAC BANNED accounts... or banned from most servers...

I know I am new, I searched google and lead me to sythe.org , saw here people sell steam accounts, and I want to buy one account...
The reason I am making this post, is because the posts of those who sell account are old, from 2010 or earlier, and many have a lot of games that I won't be playing and I don't want to pay for those too...

I know there are lots of scammers out there, so I want to see the account myself before I send the payment, and I need a declaration made on paypal request payment, that you'll pay me back if I am not receiving what I want, and so if I "claim refund" I get the money back... that way I don't get scammed...

EDIT: 99% scammer. At first he offered me to send 3.5 USD (instead of 16 USD) and promised to send the rest later because his paypal reached the sending limit.

Does not accept gift payments and wants to send as regular payment (as if it was a physical item; oh, and he said he only had 3.5 USD at first, remember? But now he is ready to send all sum but not as gift). If he opens a dispute - he would easily win it.

Asks me to provide tons of proofs that I have the account even though I have over 70 vouches and I am here from 2009.

Suggestion: DO NOT DEAL!

 

1) If you want to give you as gift, give me the account first...
2) If you want to give you the payment first, than I won't send you as gift... DUH

I know I'm being off-topic, but please. You don't have to flame after you got accused of being scammed, otherwise that just proves you're a scammer.

Second, steam accounts can be verified within 30 fucking seconds, so if you aren't willing to send him ALL the money he desires for the account he would be giving you, then you might as well get ALL the money he desires for the account you what.

I can also say, I vouched madafakas before. Bought a CS 1.6 steam acc from him, I went first and he gave the account details directly.

And his vouches can't be fake, I know you're being secured, he has vouches from banned players because those players had disputes with DIFFERENT cases. Otherwise, why would he get a vouch from those players who have gotten banned afterwards? It just so means that those banned players have been banned for scamming other people, but not madafakas.

But then again, there is an alternative. If you are WILLING to buy an account WITHOUT scamming, then get an official middleman or just a middleman.

 

well everyone can make 100 accounts... and send himself vouches... for me you could be another account of his... That's what scammers do, make 100 accounts and give himself thumbs up, and vouches, and testimonials... (you all know the scam sites with all those testimonials) That happens on every forum, on every site, even on youtube... everyone knows youtube "bots" that say "wow, didn't belive it would work, THANKS MAN, you are a day saver"

and what's all that about "all the money", didn't you read all? I said I can give all the money but not right now, after my paypal gets verified... if you did have the time to read every word I said and read it slowly so you can understand what I said, you'll see that I am not a scammer, in fact, he might be one... he is like "hey... send me the money, but as gift, tell there "I won't claim refund even if I get scammed" and sign there, and after that, you can do whatever you want, you won't see your money back, neither the account I said I give you... I was lieing..." he is like the classic scammer... anyway...
No need for middleman... skype + manycam = realtime transaction... (manycam = desktop as webcam) (manycam+skype = he shows me his desktop, I show him my desktop)

Ok then, but your statement about the 100 accounts thing is clearly being too secured. But there are some ways to check if he did that.

1) check how much effort has been put into all those accounts.
2) check the voucher's vouches to see if his vouches are fake.

Those may not be accurate, but they can help. I'm glad you didn't rage at me for this one.

what are you talking about? Look at 2daMax's vouches... click the you'll see that every vouche he got is not real... well he has one that is good from a newcomer... exactly... newcomer... so probably it's an account of his...
