Account handover/takeover:
After I recieved the payment, I'll turn off the Steam Guard, change the contact mail to your e-mail adress, change the password, that you have to change after you taken over the account, and I'll change the security question (you have to change this too).
After you changed everything you have to turn on the Steam Guard!
