I took the most expensive skill first (Herblore) and cooking was donated to me by some friends cause they were training Fishing.
Thieving was easy because of the Guild and Woodcutting was the most time consuming, but I needed nests for Herblore and seeds for Farming
This skiller was logged in the first week of September 2011 for first time ever (created the avatar/character) but was first made before 2010 so the login is a username and not E-Mail

I don't know the exact charges, and the fact of PlayerAuctions they require a whole other bunch of information which I am not willing to give due to security reasons.
I am willing to use an OMM, at your choice, at your expense. (Cheaper than PA.)
They can also check account and do tests if needed.

Hey Russian do you accept money any other way besides mail? I live in Canada so mail might take a while. Would Western Union be ok? Or perhaps a Wire Transfer?
