I am looking to purchase an account with 1500-2000 zeal on it or 90+ strength (and low hp). Attack and Defence both need to be level 1.

I will be paying VERY well for this, especially if it has been a while since the account has been botted, and any other skilling stats/wealth/etc will just add more to what I pay.
