    Rs2 General Rule Redundancy
    Rules 6 & 9 are contradicting yet redundant. This could be fixed.-.- Also the thread title would need to be adjusted to the last date the rules were modified on, something that wasn't done the last time.

    Its not that they are not needed anymore, its that they state two different ways of dealing with the same problem. A merging of the two would be logical.
