I am selling 19.8M for 3.5$ a mill.
How this will work

PayPal: I will have to contact you on your house phone to make sure the paypal account is yours, after that contact, you can choose to use an MM or an OMM of your choice, as long as i am alright with him.

Mail: You'd basically have to go first, just get a Priority mail that requires a signiture, making it so that you know i recived it.
