Buying Skiller/Pure with Mills ~~

Hey guys aussie mills seller here, i need a pure/skiller even an account wih 1 everything but it must have 6m+. If it is a pure it must:

Have a maximum of 40 attack
1 defence
1 prayer
Any strength
Any range
Any mage

The reason i need an account like this is because it is too hard to xfer money from my main to my pure, and i have a lot of money floating around so i thought id just buy an account.
