Paying for help! Please read.

I am wanting to create / own my very own runescape 2 private server. Whenever I click run.bat or runserver.bat it comes up with the error NoClassDefFoundError - server. I was wondering how to fix this, I've read a post with some solutions but none seem to work. I am willing to pay in runescape if neccesary, I only have about 500k, hoping not to spend it all on help. But please, if anyone has an idea how to solve this, please add my MSN.
