Yeah to prove it isn't banned you're going to have to play a game of matchmaking. Bungie can't ban you from Xbox live in general for boosting, only from Halo 3.

 

The middleman just needs to go into matchmaking, a message will pop up if its banned regardless if it has live or not.

 

If it has no live, you can't go into MM.

 

Yeah you can still click it and I message will pop up before it says you need to switch to local, trust me I know.

 

Yeah Chris is right, that's how I found out about my booster being banned even though it was silver membership. Still though I strongly urge anybody who buys this account to have the MM check to see if it is banned BEFORE doing the trade.

I don't have to be a mod to recommend and account be verified. An account that has been boosted that much runs the risk of being banned, you can't even deny it. We have a reason to wonder/right to know if it's banned, you can't deny that either.

I'm done posting here though, I hope to hear about it getting verified soon.
