This account is ranked, level 30, it has all champions, and 5/6 skins, including the Bloodlord Vladamir. I put $600 in, so I'm asking for $300 via PayPal. Pm me or email me at [email protected]. I will email pics to whoever asks, I just can't figure out how to attach them on here.

Do you accept RSGP? Is this account NA?

There's no need to wait for a lock appeal, simply auto recover it with your email, click the link to reset your password, but don't set a new password (Success!) <--- That page where you set the new password, click the link to get there ,but X it out. Now send another appeal, the account is now locked because you haven't yet set the new password. This time when you get the new link, set the new password, and your account is unlocked with the recoveries deleted. Hope that helps, not many people know this method.

That's an excellent way that I personally use. It's very uncommon, but works most of the time, good luck!
