Selling this account cheap due to being cleaned on my main account:

History of the account:
Created the account around 2003 or so and used it as my main.
I decided to then create a range tank (in the times of Elvemage) but the range tank is now my new main because i liked it (hence selling this acc)
The account does infact have 99 runecrafting and i can honestly say it has never been botted on.

The account does have recoveries and an email - i will tell you recoveries, however i am unaware what the email address is at present because i created it some time ago but i shall do my best to remove it for you (or alternatively you could just change it and wait 14 days or so)
