Swapping Amazing Barrows pure for a 1 def pure

Hello,I am trading my great barrows pure acc because i dont play on him anymore and he's just wasting my money by paying members for him etc.anyways,Since i dont like playing on him anymore,i am swapping him for a 1 defence pure.this is what im looking for

40-60 attack(may be exceptions for 70)
70 range
85+ str
70+ mage
52 prayer or lower
no summ at all
and atleast 1-2m bank

Quests:I want either desert treasure or monkey madness done.
