Buying an 83+ Hunter Account [PP]

I am purchasing an account with 85 Hunter. I will only go first if I deem you trusted or else we will use a middleman. In terms of the account I am only really paying for the hunter skill. Would prefer the account to have never have had JAG enabled before.
