I wanted to buy a gold subscription to some alternative gaming servers. -> GraalOnline
To buy the subscription, it's 300 GELATS a month (Global game currency) and to buy Gelats you either have to use a verified paypal or you can use SMS or PHONE depending on what country you're in.
In the U.S - it's $3.00 to buy 130 Gelats by phone (adds onto your phone bill)
Sadly they do not have the SMS feature for the U.S any longer

And I can't do the phone payment because I have Optimum voice, and they don't support collect call/1-900 numbers.

In the Australia it's currently unavailable but they also have it in Canada and U.K both of these countries support SMS (text payment) or Pay-by-Phone..

So here's my proposal
-> You download the free game client and go to the SHOP/payment section on the start-up and buy me around 900-1000 GELATS (The amount will differ depending on country/method)
0You'll probably be paying around $10-15 but I will be paying you with interest via paypal. So if you pay 12$ I pay you $17 if you play $15 I pay you $20

I will NOT go first by ANY means, I don't care how trusted you are, how far in the trade we are or anything I simply will not go first after my 4th time getting scamed. I will block you if I get too skeptical.

A subscription is that recurring such as they will keep billing your phone bill after the months?

 

No it's not recurring

They simply charge you on how many times you text/call them.
You'll see all of that information when you download the quick-download client
