    Remember when I said iitz magiicx stole my gamertag?
    He stole my gamertag with my mothers credit card information on it. I guess when he decided to steal it he figured it was just your average gamertag to recover and sell quick, but little did he know it wasn't. Anyway my mother called up her credit card company and they said it was charged to purchase microsoft points and she had the card cancelled, now her company contacted microsoft today to get information on this user. Hopefully microsoft will cooperate so my mother can prosecute for credit card fraud and identity theft. This just goes to show you that it's not always just "stealing an xbox account" sometimes it can lead to bigger things especially in this case. I will keep everyone updated when we find out what is going to happen.

    Why would you even sell a acc with a cc on it, even if he scammed you, say you went first.. you knew it had a cc on it so why would you sell it?

    Because you can recover a Gt with a CC. Im not accusing you or anything im just saying. You should of atleast locked it.

    Hi Mr Police man I tried selling Microsoft Property illegally to a guy and he changed the pw to it :( Can you put him in jail for life!!! Guilty 10 years in jail for changing a password!

    This happened to me once, after they have recovered and secured the account they will refund whatever was bought and they let you keep the msp which is kinda cool.

    If you get scammed again you should always take screenshots of the MSN conversation to use as proof. That way you can have them banned. Word of mouth can't really be taken seriously if there is nothing to justify it.

    I just now learned how to use msn. I forgot the credit card was on the account at the time but in the end I guess it helped as long as we get a refund and my account back.
