Buying Starter Pure With GP on the Account [POST ONLY]

Over the last few years iv bought more accounts than I can remember, near all of them have been scammed so now im going to be looking to buy a account for IRL moneys, that quite a low price.

REQS;
60+ attack, 70+ strength, 1-30 defense, 1+ pray, 1+ mage, 1+ range. Dont mind questing so its not a problem, but if you have an account with 40+ defense then I will only be accepting rune gloves or higher. The account must also come with over 10m RSGP. I also would not like to have over 50m, as this would go over my spending budget.

Im probably willing to spend around £75/150$ on this at the max. Preferably I would like to send my payments somewhere in the UK. Mail is my ONLY option of trading so please do NOT post here if you are not willing to go along with this. Please post pictures, or add me on MSN and send them.
