Australian Budget PC Build

My current PC Build is starting to fail and over the years I've always replaced components and fixed things, but now it's finally run it's course and everything is starting to crash, have issues etc. So now I'll be on the hunt to have a budget computer build for the mean time while I'm currently traveling around certain places Australia for LAN Events etc. I'll only need the game to run at 60 frames per second, nothing has to be too flash, I'll only be running CS:GO.

At the moment I'll only need people to source out builds in Australian dollars, I've done a bit of research but I was just wondering if anyone had any build ideas or suggestions.
