The digit of an accounts means how long the SteamID is.

Example: STEAM_0:1:12345678

that would be an 8 digit. To check whats your SteamID is go ingame and write 'status' in your console, or use www.steamcalculator.com

Remember: If you are gonna write the SteamID hide some of the numbers, just for safety.

$15 for a steam account with ONE game? you seriously must have hurt you head. i would offer $1 - $2

No one will pay for whatever you paid retail or even half retail. Steam is having a special right now, and the game is only $6.79... so that's only worth like 2 bucks.
