First of all you're getting $30 for each person you refer with your link, why are you also charging 5M OSRS on top of that? This isn't free either. A quick Google search based on information gathered from the screenshots you posted leads right to the website you're trying to refer people to, and says they must load their card with at least the one-time card fee ($3.95 or $9.95 depending on which you get). So after the 5M/activation fee, the buyer's making $15-20.

Also I'm pretty sure this isn't allowed in the first place
