Your price is definitely reasonable and something I'd pay but money through mail really seems to break the deal for me. Could you use PlayerAuctions somehow? I could pay a bit more on a settled price because of the fees.

PlayerAuctions doesn't take Mail. That's the problem, otherwise I would most indefinitely.
Second, my PayPal is now limited, so I have to wait for all the dumb processing and investigation crap. So that's out of the picture and bank account is closed for now.
I'm possibly relocating to Florida, and would like to maybe try different bank then TD, and move to something like PNC.

Cash by Mail is the best option in my opinion.
You would wrap the cash in between a few pieces of paper, and place it in an envelope. Send it to an OMM, or myself, which ever you wish to do, and nobody will know.

RSGP I will take if it's a reasonable offer. I will try to resell the RSGP for cash by Mail in the RSGP section.
