[RS2] need sum1 to train my p2p noob

The acc atm is 40 atk 1 def 50 str. I need 70 str. The account is members. I will pay 1.2m to get from 50-70 str. It must be done fast tho. I will either pay per certain lvls or i will pay all 1.2m after 70 str. I will not get a MM to hold it as I got scammed by one recently. I think paying every couple of lvls is the best solution.
