Must be level 3, other skills will be taken into consideration but here's my regulations for this transaction.
1. I'm only buying from Trusted.
2. I'll need enough Zeals for a 99. Anymore after that is a plus, and price will reflect.
3. I'll also need pictures of Recovs, Email reg, black marks, etc..

I'm willing to pay more to get this expedited.
