Buying Account with Quest cape!

Alright I'm in a bid to purchase a account with a Quest cape.
The account must have the following-
- 1750+ total
- Must have no recovers,mems, must have bank pin.
- Must have more than 5m rsgp+
- 0 black marks if possible.

I am offering via Paypal, Western union and uk mail.

We can use Giddy(market mod) if you dont feel safe trading me thats fine(you pay fees)

If the account has a QP but cant weild I will accept if it has a maximum of "5" quests to complete.
