    I will only taje RSGP & Account trades, less likely to accept accounts though.

    A/w is 150m as it has 3 Skillcapes (Hunter, Thieving, Cooking) with only 1 99, and has a Chaotic Rapier at 73 Dungeoneering (80 required). Also, it doesn't show any signs of needing 80 dungeoneering to wield it, just says 80 attack. Has alot of skilling potential (15m Thieving xp), could also be turned into a ranged tank or great hybrid.
