Confirm my card on paypal

My question is:if i add card on paypal where will i get that paypal code that i must write in and accept...
I didn't actually read it when i put all info in
BTW:Is it possible to use credit card which is not mine(my parents)

 

You will get the 2 amounts from your Bank Statement. After retrieving the amounts, you must enter them on PayPal to Verify that the Card is in your possession.

Of course it is, if you ask permission for it. It could be seen as theft otherwise, and you'll still require to get a Statement to retrieve the 2 amounts required.
