too many connections from same ip

i have a bunch of stuff and i don't want to get rid of so i want to put it on another account but when i tried to login from another browser i got that message

if thats the case, so lets say you have siblings who play rs too but on seperate computers, they can't play at the same time

or how about schools/colleges?

but anyway back to my original question...how can i log into another account at the same time?

i could probably use a proxy maybe but i'm not sure it would work with java or whatever...but proxies are always so painfully slow...
